4. Warmly greeting customers and ensuring their needs are met.
5. Providing detailed menu information and addressing guest inquiries.
6. Organizing and fulfilling booking requirements for individuals and larger parties.
7. Maintaining adherence to official standards of hygiene, service, and licensing regulations.
8. Promptly reporting any maintenance or repair needs related to buildings, furniture, or equipment.

Sheen Falls Lodge is a member of Relais & Chateaux and since opening in 1991 has received many prestigious Awards and Accolades. We are looking for an individual that will help us not only maintain our standard but improve upon it.
As a valued member of our brasserie supervisor management team, candidates must possess essential experience and knowledge in the following areas:

12. Strong organizational capabilities.
13. Comprehensive expertise in Food and Beverages, encompassing service standards, hygiene protocols, quality presentation, and beverage knowledge.
14. Ability to consistently exceed guest expectations and inspire the team to do the same.
15. Proficiency in motivating, training, leading, and developing team members.
16. Commitment to collaborative teamwork.
17. Fluent proficiency in both oral and written English.
