Job Description
This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned HR Manager to join a renowned Irish brand promotional agency based in Dublin.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and oversee the implementation of a comprehensive HR framework, encompassing HRIS systems, processes, procedures, policies, service delivery standards, and ways of working, including benchmarking.
* Manage and implement the compensation and benefits function worldwide, including national wage agreements, salary scales updates, annual salary reviews, and monthly salary processing for Ireland and overseas.
* Provide expert HR guidance and operational support to managers through a business partner approach, partnering with and building strong relationships with managers, staff, and respective unions.
* Champion change across the organisation, leading HR change initiatives that enhance organisation resilience, capability, and performance.
Requirements
* 4-6 years of experience as a HR Manager in a dynamic business environment, with international market experience from an Irish base.
* Experience in managing compensation and benefits, implementing HRIS systems, and providing HR guidance and support.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
* Able to work in a dynamic, changing environment with varying responsibilities.
