What you'll do
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Benefits Operations Analyst to take a leadership role in optimizing benefits operations across the EMEA and APJ regions. You’ll be at the forefront of driving meaningful process improvements, automation, and efficiency enhancements, ensuring smooth, compliant, and effective benefits administration. Collaborating closely with key collaborators, including country Benefit Managers, HR Operations, HRIS, and HRBP teams, you will have a direct impact on refining operations and improving the overall employee experience. This is a unique chance to make a lasting impact in a globally diverse and fast-paced environment, while continuously advancing your career in benefits management. This is a 11 Month Fixed Term Contract.Responsibility:Regularly review the weekly and monthly administration files for EMEA & APJ to see opportunities for eliminating, automating, or reducing time spent on manual tasks. Focus on short-term improvements while considering long-term scalability for the employee benefits portal programReview and analyze Service Now tickets across EMEA & APJ regions to identify recurring issues and trends. Propose solutions to eliminate or reduce these repetitive issues through process improvements, automation, or self-service solutionsDevelop, update, and maintain comprehensive Benefits Administration Guides for 13 countries across EMEA & APJ. These guides will be used to document key processes and ensure consistent benefits administrationManage an annual compliance checklist across benefits and Leave of Absence (LOA) processes. Ensure timely execution of actions like medical opt-outs, unused PTO payouts, and Social Security updates impacting benefit calculationsSupport the Director of Benefits in the completion and publication of LOA guides for EMEA & APJ. Ensure these are kept up to date and accessible for key collaboratorsActively participate in the employee benefits portal build program, collaborating with the country Benefits Managers to define weekly, monthly, and annual file requirements. Ensure all file requirements are clearly outlined, tested and builtManage the troubleshooting of post-go-live issues and weekly reject logs. Work with wider HR teams to resolve issues at the root cause to prevent recurrence. Monitor vendor SLAs post go-liveOwn and manage the People Comms Champion role within the EMEA & APJ regions. Ensure timely submission of communication requirements in line with global processes and document all communications for future use and referenceCreate, manage and coordinate the monthly wellbeing initiatives across EMEA & APJ, including local office activities in DublinCollaborate with EMEA & APJ Benefits Managers to expand wellbeing support and employee engagement programs globallyProvide project management support for the implementation of new benefits or changes to existing benefits, ensuring optimal processes are in place for smooth rollout and employee adoptionOversee the benefits management for smaller locations such as Italy, Netherlands, and Spain, with the support of the Benefits Director

What you bring
Basic:Minimum of 5 years of experience in benefits/HR operations, preferably within a global environment, with at least 2-3 years of experience in a program management capacityExpertise in Workday and ServiceNow, with experience in reporting, troubleshooting, and automating workflowsStrong familiarity with Google Suite (G Sheets, Google Docs, etc)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsPreferred:Expert in benefits administration and compliance requirements across EMEA & APJStrong working knowledge of leave administration and compliance requirements across EMEA & APJExperienced in a continuous improvement approach. Demonstrated ability to identify inefficiencies, reduce manual processes, and implement scalable solutionsProven track record to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with experience in coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional teams, and meeting deadlines
Wage Transparency
Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations: California: $X/hour - $X/hour or $X - $X base salary Illinois and Colorado: $X/hour - $X/hour or $X - $X base salary Washington, New Jersey and New York (including NYC metro area): $X/hour - $X/hour or $X - $X base salary Washington DC: $X/hour - $X/hour or $X - $X base salary This role is also eligible for the following:Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals. Non-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.Stock: This role is eligible to receive Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
