Senior Client Service Advisor
A dynamic and self-motivated professional with a passion for delivering exceptional client service in a commercial insurance environment.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of diverse businesses within a fast-paced broking environment.
* Handle clients' renewals from start to finish, including mid-term alterations and day-to-day queries.
* Provide support to the claims team in handling insurance claims and assist colleagues across general lines products.
* Review policy wording and build strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and colleagues.
* Secure and retain clients through excellent service delivery and participate in campaigns to target new business opportunities.
Key Skills and Experience:
* Relevant commercial broking experience with knowledge of general insurance products.
* Strong communication and organizational skills, with ability to work independently and prioritize workload.
* Compliance with Central Bank requirements, including CIP qualification and ongoing CPD hours.
