About the Role
Morgan McKinley, on behalf of our client, are seeking a driven and results-oriented Account Sales Engineer to manage sales efforts within a designated territory. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing complex sales cycles, and working closely with internal teams to deliver technical solutions to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities.
* Manage a 12-24 month sales pipeline and meet/exceed targets.
* Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support.
* Work closely with internal teams and partners to maximize sales opportunities.
* Maintain accurate forecasts and use CRM tools to track sales activity.
What We're Looking For
* 3-4 years of technical sales experience, ideally in automation or engineering.
* Strong ability to build relationships and close deals in a complex sales environment.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (or strong technical aptitude).
* Willing to travel; valid driver's license required.
