Strategic & Accreditation Data Analyst, Cork University Business School

UCC wishes to appoint to the role of Strategic and Accreditation Data Analyst. The successful applicant will be responsible for collecting, analysing, and interpreting data to support the strategic planning, accreditation processes, and continuous improvement initiatives of the Business School. This role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure data accuracy, relevance, and alignment with accreditation standards. The analyst will play a key role in providing data-driven insights that inform decision-making, strategic planning, and accreditation efforts. The primary purpose of the role is to assist CUBS in meeting accreditation body requirements. Reporting to the CUBS’s School Manager and a dotted line to the Vice Dean of Accreditation & Governance, the postholder will work closely with colleagues and establish systems that will enable the Business School to integrate, analyse & visualise student and faculty data (e.g. teaching, research & administration activities). As part of the Data Services function, the postholder will coordinate with internal & external systems stakeholders and ensure the highest quality data for strategic reporting purposes and will have a broad range of Data Analysis skills along with in-depth IT skills with a strong emphasis on user support.

Appointment may be made on the Admin III (Grade 6) Salary Scale: €58,493 - €69,837 (Scale B) / €55,693 - €66,456 (Scale A)
Salary placement on appointment will be in accordance with public sector pay policy.
