We are growing our Microsoft Business Applications (CRM) practice, incorporating Dynamics 365 and Power Apps. The successful candidate will lead and build our practice, developing and executing a business strategy, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring successful delivery of projects.
About the Role:
Develop and execute a business strategy to grow the Microsoft Business Applications (CRM) practice, including expanding service offerings, acquiring new clients, and nurturing existing client relationships.
* Motivate and develop a high-performing team of Dynamics and Power App Experts.
* Collaborate with other practice areas within the firm to identify cross-selling opportunities and deliver integrated solutions to clients.
* Lead pre-sales activities, including scoping engagements, participating in sales presentations, and developing proposals.
* Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful delivery of projects.
With in-depth subject matter expertise, advise our customers in developing their roadmap, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their business objectives leveraging the Dynamics 365 and Power platform stack.
About You:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM solutions - Sales, Service, Marketing, and other related modules.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
Proven track record of delivering successful Dynamics 365 and Power App programmes.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with clients at various organizational levels.
A deep understanding of industry challenges and needs and the appropriate solutions.
Prior experience in a technology consultancy or professional services environment is a plus.
