Role Purpose We are looking for a detail orientated Senior Finance Operations Analyst to join our Finance Operations Team. The role holder will be responsible for managing and delivering on system & process change initiatives within the Finance Division. Accountabilities of the Role Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with key stakeholders within the Finance Division and the wider Business Performing daily premium receivable and reconciliation functions Performing premium collection analysis across a range of services, employers, and policy types Working with Finance Operations team members to investigate cases where incorrect premium has been received Performing analysis of payroll instruction requests and monthly completion rates Reconciling premium transactions Assisting in improvements in current processes Conducting financial analysis to support business operations and decision making processes Monitoring and analysing financial performance, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement Co-ordinating the monthly reports to capture missed premiums Other duties and projects as assigned and deemed necessary Skills & Knowledge Required QFA qualification essential Degree in finance or relevant discipline desired but not required Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance division, finance operations, financial analysis, or a related role Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights. Pr oficient in Microsoft office suite particularly Excel Strong analysis, reporting and numeracy skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams Ability to work on own initiative Excellent organisational and time management skills Strong problem solving and route cause identification skills Knowledge of risk control & regulatory environment Commercial awareness Fluency in spoken and written English What We Can Offer You?
