Job Title: Train Maintainer
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Train Maintainer to join our team. As a Train Maintainer, you will be responsible for maintaining vehicles in accordance with specified Company, Quality, and Health & Safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain vehicles in accordance with specified procedures;
* Carry out vehicle preparation work as required, involving the use of on-board computerized equipment;
* Participate in emergency call-out teams;
* Undertake train fault diagnostic work using laptop computers;
* Attend regular team briefings and communicate relevant matters pertaining to work;
* Continuously improve processes and procedures;
* C coach and develop other train maintainers when required;
* Report accidents/incidents through appropriate channels;
* Read reports/manuals and participate in training programs;

Requirements
* Qualification in a technical discipline, mechanical or electrical;
* Experience of electronics, hydraulics, pneumatic s and mechanics;
* Experience working within a Rolling Stock Maintenance or similar environment;
* History of work in a process/production environment preferable;
* Working knowledge of Quality and Health & Safety standards and systems preferable;
* Clean driving licence for light vehicles;
* PC skills, including all Microsoft software packages;
