Our client is a leading Financial Services company, seeking a Tax Assistant Manager to join their well-established tax team. This organisation offers a flexible hybrid model, with 1 or 2 days in the office, located in Dublin City centre.
ROLE:
* Provide proactive employment tax advisory services to business units.
* Contribute to projects and initiatives that support the organisation's strategic goals.
* Communicate complex tax issues effectively with non-tax colleagues.
* Participate in managing employment tax risk across the company.
* Strong stakeholder management is essential for communicating across the business.
Requirements
* Bachelor's or advanced degree from an accredited college or university.
* 3 years of Irish employment tax experience in practice or industry.
* Experience in building and maintaining relationships with relevant stakeholders.
* Good communication and influencing skills.
* Experience in managing diverse workstreams and delivering to specific deadlines.
The successful candidate will have a clear understanding of Irish employment tax law and regulations, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. They will be able to communicate complex ideas effectively and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
