Training & Development Lead - Watergrasshill, Cork

That's why we are looking for an experienced Training & Development Lead to join our team, on-site at our facility in Watergrasshill, Cork. This is a unique role where you can shape and implement innovative training programs and be a driving force in the growth and development of our people.
Role overview:
1. Make an Impact: You'll lead the design and rollout of a best-in-class site induction program, create skilled-based training with BU Managers, and oversee initiatives like our Front-Line Manager Training, Craft Apprenticeship, and Graduate Management Programmes.
2. Oversee and organize all onsite legal and compliance-related training.
3. Be a Change Leader: Act as the go-to person for all training and development activities onsite, influencing key stakeholders and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
4. Driving performance: Oversee and monitor the effectiveness of the performance management system on-site.
5. Development of customized T&D Reporting Metrics specifically designed for the Site.
Requirements
Who We're Looking For:
1. We are looking for someone who shares our values of Responsibility, Ambition, Passion for Food, and Teamwork.
2. You will have a strong background in Learning and Development, ideally within the Food or FMCG industry.
3. Someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a passion and strong track record of leading training programs that drive real change.
4. Please note this is a site-based role, Monday to Friday.
