Job Title: Dutch Account Administrator
Job Location: Dublin (20 minutes from City Centre on train + free parking onsite)
Job Salary: €30,000-33,000 OTE + benefits (pension, healthcare, travel allowance/free parking, AL 25 days per year and more)
Working Model: Hybrid (after initial 3-4weeks in the office) 2 days office based & 3 days work from home.
Hours of Work: Flexible Start between 7am-10am daily. Monday to Friday Only
Our client is a well-known global financial company who are seeking to employ a Dutch Account Administrator to join their growing team based in Dublin. Your role involves processing clients claims for clients worldwide. The successful candidate must ensure a high level of client service while processing claims in a timely and efficient manner. Our client requires a person who has experience in a similar role, with strong administration skills, excellent communication skills and a person who can work on their own initiative.
Responsibilities of the Role:
1. Review and process claims in accordance with the policy benefits.
2. Work with promoting and facilitating the company by reaching targets.
3. Manage and operate databases accurately, and efficiently.
4. Review and generate reports detailing departments workflow and targets.
5. Meet and exceed customer satisfaction and retention in line with company standards
6. Respond to customer enquiries efficiently and professionally
7. Provide support with other departments, showing strong team building
8. Other Ad hoc duties as required
Requirements for the Role:
9. Full fluency in English and Dutch both verbal and written.
10. Previous experience in a customer focused role (office environment).
11. Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
12. Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
13. Excellent multitasking and time keeping skills
