Your key responsibilities
1. Managing a high volume of calls & demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
2. Input, update and maintain internal CRMs.
3. Gathering information in a timely manner & clearly communicating next steps to clients & customers.
4. Ability to problem solve in a compassionate manner while maintaining a positive attitude.
5. Ad hoc administration where required.
Skills and attributes for success
1. Previous experience in a professional services environment.
2. Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
3. Ability to handle confidential information and issues effectively.
4. Strong attention to detail in composing and proofing materials.
5. Being highly organized is key to being successful in this role.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule:
1. Flexitime
