Community Lead Role
This is a results-oriented role that will suit an ambitious and highly organised individual with a passion for customer service and networking.
The ideal candidate will take ownership and lead the front-of-house experience, liaising with clients and supporting the customer service experience.
* Scheduling internal and external meetings as required
* Developing and nurturing relationships with clients and colleagues across the business
* Supporting day-to-day operations such as inventory, stock control, housekeeping standards and building audits
* Supporting community events
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following skills and experience:
* Previous office and customer service experience - hospitality/retail experience preferred
* Strong written and verbal communications
* Attentive to detail with the ability to multi-task
* Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships
* Excellent time management and organisation skills
* Good IT skills (basic troubleshooting)
