Project Engineering Lead - Infrastructure
About the Opportunity
The Project Lead will be responsible for executing a portfolio of projects focused on infrastructure upgrades. This role requires an experienced individual who can hit the ground running and manage complex projects in a highly regulated environment. The candidate should possess the ability to develop strong skills in managing projects in a live pharmaceutical production setting. The successful candidate will work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery while maintaining safety and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead procurement and acceptance of equipment and infrastructure, ensuring regular reporting on project status.
* Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations, while meeting performance standards, project KPIs, and specifications.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, suppliers, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
* Provide clear communication to convey project goals, progress, and issues to stakeholders.
* Support the team in overcoming obstacles and provide leadership in resolving challenges.
* Deliver on budget, schedule, scope, and quality targets.
* Experience with Automation and Systems-related projects is a plus.

* Technology Savvy: Familiar with modern project management tools and technology in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Leadership and Team Management:
* Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team.
* Manage and resolve conflicts within the team.
* Communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
Qualifications:
* Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management, preferably in a cGMP pharmaceutical environment.
* Strong communication skills and a focus on delivering successful projects.
