Job Description:
Globally known pharmaceutical company is looking for a German-speaking professional to join their Order Management department. No previous experience required - Full training provided.
The role
1. In this role, you will be a primary contact for business-to-business (B2B) customers, ensuring their orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
2. Administration tasks are a significant part of the role; hence, attention to detail is essential.
3. The customer service element is different from a typical call centre: there is no ticketing system. While processing orders and performing everyday tasks, you will take occasional customer calls and emails.
What are we looking for?
1. An ideal candidate genuinely cares about people, possesses good communication skills, and is proficient in English.
2. Any previous experience in a fast-paced office environment or customer-oriented role is desirable but not mandatory.
3. A can-do attitude, resourcefulness, and willingness to learn are key.
Salary and Benefits
1. Base salary of €32,000 per year.
2. You’ll be working Monday to Friday, regular office hours (8 am – 4 pm or 9 am – 5 pm).
3. There is a hybrid model in place: 3 days per week from the office in Dublin 22, and 2 days from home.
4. After successful onboarding and probation, you can request to work up to 6 weeks / 30 working days from abroad (T&C apply).
