Our Graduate Programme is designed to support our Graduates in their roles, progressing their development and providing access to key knowledge across the business.
The Business Graduate is responsible for supporting Construction Operations in our Head Office in Maynooth.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
* Project Financial Analysis: Assist in budgeting, cost tracking, and financial analysis of construction projects to help identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure financial targets are met.
* Data Management: Maintain and organize project data, documentation, and records. Implement effective data management systems to improve decision-making and reporting processes.
* Procurement Support: Collaborate with the procurement team to source materials and services required for construction projects while maintaining cost-efficiency and quality standards.
* Reporting: Generate regular reports on project progress, financial performance, and other relevant KPIs to senior management for decision-making.
* Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth flow of information.
Requirements
* You hold or are working towards a Degree/Higher Diploma qualification in Business or a related degree.
* You must have the ability to use initiative and be self-motivated.
* Ability to work as part of a team is essential.
* Good IT skills are also required.
