Our client, a leading multinational firm, is recruiting for a professional and highly organised Corporate Receptionist to join their team. As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees, the successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, a welcoming demeanour, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Meet, greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression
2. Manage a high volume of incoming calls
3. Coordinate meetings by booking internal meeting rooms and arranging catering as required
4. Arrange taxis and coordinate transport
5. Manage access control by issuing swipe cards for employees and visitors
6. Address and resolve queries in a timely and professional manner
7. Assist with various administrative tasks to support office operations
Key Skills
1. 3+ years experience on a busy reception desk in a corporate or 5* star hospitality environment
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a personable, professional manner
3. Highly organised with high attention to detail and ability to work on own initiative
4. Can-do attitude and excellent team player
