Your Role(s): Daily Placement of appropriate Temp staff within client locations. Key Account Management and Active CRM. Meeting and exceeding Temp Hour targets. Managing and dealing with individual staffing requests from our clients. Building trusted relationships with temps and ensure temp and client satisfaction for all placements. Managing and updating individual client rotas being sure to share with clients in advance. Ensure 100% fill rates on long-standing client needs pre-bookings and day off bookings. Document Management & Database. Sourcing active and passive candidates using various methods such as job portals, website registrations and build your own network (pipeline of specialist candidates. Logical approach to evaluating candidate skills & experience to ensure that candidates meet the required competency level for vacancies and proposed role placements. Immediately reporting any form of concern/incident to the complaints team. Attending virtual and in person meetings as needed. Exceptional telephone manners and quality Customer Service support to clients and field staff. Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional Temp services alongside a team of three. Deliver quality recruitment services for permanent recruitment in healthcare, catering, and nursing sectors. Develop and maintain client relationships to drive business growth. Source, screen, and engage top candidates using web and social platforms. Achieve recruitment and revenue targets through daily business development and networking. Communicate effectively with team members and management to deliver results. Your Experience: 2-3 years experience in commercial recruitment, ideally in healthcare and hospitality. Proven track record in achieving recruitment targets and delivering client satisfaction. Strong business development and candidate engagement skills. Proficient in digital marketing and recruitment systems. Self-motivated, competitive, and results oriented. Good communication skills, the ideal candidate can manage and communicate information clearly and concisely to line managers, colleagues, and database workers. Good telephone skills rapport building, persuasive and able to control calls effectively. The ability to work quickly, accurately, and consistently under pressure. Great organization skill and strong attention to detail. Time Management/ Prioritizing skills. Objectives: Achieving the company business plan of hours filled.
