Customer Relations Executive - Fixed Term Contract
Applications are invited for the position of Customer Relations Executive – Toyota & Lexus Ireland
Reporting to the Customer Relations Team Leader, you will be a key member of an exciting team delivering exceptional customer experience.
This role is ideal for a person with a skill set based on seeking solutions and must have a proven background in dealing with customers on a daily basis. It is not necessary to have motor experience; however, it is essential that you have a proven Customer First mindset.
The role will require daily contact via telephone and email with customers and the dealer network, where you will have responsibility for delivering Toyota’s renowned quality service based on Kaizen activities.
You will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a true Customer First experience, delivering the highest standards of customer experience in keeping with our exciting Toyota & Lexus product range with the following responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
* To be the primary point of contact for inbound customer communications – telephone, postal, web, and email.
* To ensure customer queries are recorded on our CRM system, according to our internal processes, to ensure accurate reporting.
* Ensure that all customer queries are dealt with promptly and professionally.
* To take ownership of customer queries/concerns/issues and resolve them in an efficient manner.
* Ensure an effective communication flow between internal departments, the customer, and the Dealer Network.
* Work with the Customer Relations Team Leader to provide reporting on a monthly basis and as requested.
* Provide general administrative support to other team members.
* Any other reasonable task requested by a senior Manager or Director.
If you are the ideal candidate, you will have the following experience and skills:
* Experience in a key customer service role is essential.
* Customer-driven with the ability to build relationships with customers and the dealer network.
* Enthusiastic and passionate about delivering the highest standards in customer experience.
* Ability to work on your own initiative and be adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
* Must be positive and enthusiastic, demonstrating a 'can do' attitude.
* Strong computer skills, with an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, and experience using Salesforce is preferable.
* Previous experience working in the motor industry is an asset.
