Proudly serving the community since 1987, Thames Hospice provides compassionate, specialist palliative and end–of-life care for people with a life-limiting condition. We employ over 300 dedicated and highly experienced staff who, with the support of over 1000 volunteers, provided outstanding care to 3000 people last year in their homes and at the Hospice.
We have a fantastic opportunity for an interim or permanent Management Accountant/Finance Business Partner with immediate start to join our busy and friendly finance team working closely with and supporting our colleagues across the Hospice.
You'll play a critical role in supporting the financial health and key business decisions by providing accurate and insightful financial data. Your work will be instrumental in supporting our Head of Finance to optimise our financial performance, ensuring financial sustainability for the Hospice.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of financial management principles, you will be a strong communicator with the ability to build and maintain relationships. The successful candidate will be familiar with a broad range of financial management systems and processes and possess strong Excel skills with excellent attention to detail.
