Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team in North Dublin.
Main Responsibilities:
* Handle incoming and outgoing mail, schedule appointments, manage diaries, and organize meetings
* Manage and order office supplies and equipment
* Maintain office records and databases
* Process invoices and prepare budgets
* Oversee office maintenance and repairs
* Manage the office space and layout
* Coordinate office events and activities
* Implement and maintain office policies and procedures
* Assist with recruitment and onboarding new employees
* Provide general administrative support to senior management
Requirements:
* Minimum 3-4 years of experience in an Office Manager role
* Available for an immediate start or have a 1-week notice period
* Confident decision maker
* Excellent time management and communication skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Confident MS Office user
