Minimum Qualifications:

2. 2 years of experience with advertising, consultative sales, business development, an online media environment, or a marketing role.
3. Ability to communicate in German and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

1. Experience in consultative sales and account management.
2. Experience with German advertising landscape or Retail/E-Commerce clients.
3. Experience with Google Performance and branding solutions (e.g., Search, Video/YouTube, Display).
4. Ability to strategically develop recommendations and action plans.

6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Partner with fellow account team members and a diverse set of cross-functional partners (e.g., gTech, International Growth team, Product Specialists) to drive business opportunities that build long-term growth.
Position Google’s AI solutions and challenge media investments through market and consumer insights.
Analyze data trends and consumer insights to develop strategic plans and prepare compelling narratives to drive growth.
Plan, develop, activate, and maintain a pipeline that helps you run the business and maximize business impact.
