I am delighted to share that I am currently working with one of Irelands most well known distribution companies in recruiting for a Sales Administrator.
Location: West of Cork City
Salary: €30,000 - €35,000
Job Type: Permanent
Working hours: Monday to Friday 9 - 6pm. A requirement for one Saturday every month on rotation.
What will the role entail?
1. Answering customer queries both in person and over the phone
2. Responding to emails in a timely and efficient manner
3. Providing five star customer service
4. Updating customer records and ensuring all files are up to date
5. Liaising with various key stakeholders to update on processes
What do you need to have?
6. A positive can do attitude
7. Ability to work well under pressure
8. Strong administrative skills and experience
9. Excellent customer service skills
10. Sales Administration experience is desirable
11. Proficient in Microsoft Excel
