Job Title: Back Office Administrator
EUROSPAR Mullingar, Green Rd, Commons, Mullingar, Co. Westmeath is recruiting a part-time Back Office Administrator.
The role will be 3-4 days per week in the mornings for 3-4 hours per day, ensuring the office operates efficiently and professionally in line with the company standard operating procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Balance cash and prepare cash and cheque lodgements
* Balance EFT reads and individual cash drawers
* Process loyalty and coupon transactions, including supplier rebates
* Complete all required paperwork and filing
* Daily reporting of lodgements and cash movements to head office
* Ensure adequate change on premises for floats and prepare lodgements for cash and coin
* Balance Payzone and Lottery reads
* Keep customer accounts within terms, issuing statements and processing payments
* Check irregular dockets (returns, voids, open drawers, terminations and suspensions)
* Perform ad hoc cash office duties as directed
Requirements:
* Prior experience working in a cash office and administration
* Ability to meet tight deadlines
* Excellent problem-solving skills
* Good knowledge of Excel
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work on own initiative
* Strong attention to detail
Estimated Salary:
$40,000 - $50,000 per year
