Technical Project Manager

As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, resource management, leadership, and delivery of all customer projects within defined timelines, budgets, specifications, and service standards.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee delivery timelines and resource allocations for change requests across all projects.
2. Manage the programming implementation team, consisting of 1-3 software developers.
3. Lead and motivate the project team assigned to change requests, ensuring efficient task completion and milestone achievement.
4. Develop and implement contingency plans to ensure timely delivery of change requests.
5. Oversee change requests to meet monthly revenue targets.
6. Prepare monthly invoices and supporting documents.
7. Conduct annual appraisals for team members and provide performance coaching as needed.
8. Develop monthly resource schedules to meet agreed project timelines.
9. Ensure quality assurance and integrity of change requests delivered to clients.
10. Coordinate with third-party suppliers for customer change requests.
11. Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
12. Create and maintain customer requirement specifications, technical documents, and best practice guidelines.
13. Provide regular progress reports on customer change requests to the Technical Director.
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 3-5+ years' experience in Project Management using leading methodologies and processes.
2. Experience managing multiple parties, including application programmers and third-party vendors (desirable).
3. Ability to manage projects across multiple locations (desirable).
4. Proficiency in budgetary control and resource allocation procedures.
5. Strong leadership skills to foster a sense of community within project teams.
