We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Software Renewals Manager to join our team in Cork, Ireland.

Responsibilities:
* Manage a renewal sales team, providing training, mentoring, coaching, and supervision.
* Maintain thorough knowledge of the organization's products and services.
* Prioritize and allocate resources effectively.
* Work with the field sales organization to provide support for renewal representatives.
* Maintain and develop strong channel partnerships.
* Set weekly targets, forecast, and ensure revenue quota is attained.
* Responsible for EMEA & APJ renewal sales targets for One Identity.
* Manage accurate forecast for assigned business unit.
* Maintain understanding of maintenance booking potential, renewal rate, and loss analysis; share key findings and trends with Senior management.
* Supervise renewal activity levels.
* Responsible for the development and performance of all renewals sales activities in assigned business unit.
* Manage hiring, staffing, and maintaining a diverse and effective workforce.
* Build a collaborative renewals selling model with our direct sales team.
* Utilize strategic probing to identify, evaluate, and recommend better renewals strategies.
Qualifications:
* 2+ years managerial experience in software renewal or inside sales team.
* Undergraduate degree and 4+ years related Inside Sales or Renewals experience.
* Industry experience with Software or Technology highly desired.
* Experience with Salesforce.com preferred.
* Proven track record for success in sales.
