Main Responsibilities:
* Prepare and produce high-quality food to the standards set by the Head Pastry Chef.
* Maintain consistency of product at all times.
* Adhere to HACCP principles in cleaning, storage, preparation, and working of food.
* Work in a friendly and professional manner as part of a cohesive team.
* Supervise Junior Chef de partie and commis chefs.
