Risk & Quality Assurance Senior Manager
This is a senior management role within the Risk Management area of the Assurance Group, reporting to the Risk Management Director.
The Role:
* Collaborate with engagement teams to address risk management queries and concerns.
* Assist teams in identifying relevant standards and guidance.
* Develop and deliver training on risk management and quality matters to senior management.
* Support audit inspections and respond to regulatory inquiries.
* Design and implement internal policies and procedures for risk and quality management.
* Maintain up-to-date documentation and risk management policies.
* Train staff on risk and quality matters.
* Present at internal conferences and contribute to publications.
* Participate in professional accountancy body committees' projects.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Fully qualified ACA, ACCA, CIA, or equivalent accounting certification.
* Previous experience working with Big 4 or global accountancy firms.
* Audit experience with a desire to transition into an advisory role, utilizing existing skills in Audit Risk and Audit Quality.
