About the Role The Head of Finance & Operations will be responsible for overseeing EPlus's financial health and operational efficiency.

Strategic financial planning Operational management Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations The ideal candidate will contribute to the organisation's mission by optimising resource utilisation and enhancing service delivery to children and families across Ireland.
Key Responsibilities Financial Management The Head of Finance & Operations will be responsible for:
Financial accounts preparation, including monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, budgeting, cash flow, risk management, compliance and audit Operational Oversight The Head of Finance & Operations will oversee:
EPlus's operational efficiency Team Leadership The Head of Finance & Operations will lead a direct team of 4 within finance/admin and operational management.
Strategic Planning The Head of Finance & Operations will contribute to EPlus's strategic plans and help drive the organization forward.
Requirements Qualifications and Experience The ideal candidate should possess:
Accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with a minimum of 5 years PQE Experience in producing SORP compliant accounts Experience and expertise in using Xero (or similar SME accounting package) & advanced Excel in addition to the full Microsoft package Minimum of 2 years supervisory or people leadership experience Personal Qualities The ideal candidate should also possess:
