HR Manager for UK & Ireland
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. As a key member of the Country Management Team, you will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that align with and support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

* Drive workforce planning and succession strategies to future-proof the organization.
* Ensure adherence to HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements across the UK and Ireland.
* Provide guidance on employee relations and effectively manage complex people issues.
* Lead the development and implementation of training programs to upskill employees and support leadership growth.
* Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
* Position the organization as a 'Great Place to Work' through innovative HR initiatives and employee engagement strategies.

* Proven experience in HR management or a Senior HR Business Partner role, ideally in a fast-paced, operational environment.
* Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire multi-site teams.
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels.
* A strategic thinker with a solution-focused mindset who thrives on overcoming challenges.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, combined with a collaborative approach.

* Willingness to travel across the UK and Ireland, with occasional trips to Europe.
