Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to manage the daily operations of our allocated station. This role requires a strong understanding of product knowledge, excellent food and wine service standards, and a proactive approach to anticipating guest requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the effective and smooth operation of your allocated station throughout Breakfast, Afternoon Tea & Dinner Services.
* Provide good level of product knowledge regarding all menu items, hotel facilities, and services.
* Deliver Food & Wine service in line with Relais & Chateaux and Park Hotel Kenmare 5-star standards of service.
* Anticipate Guest requirements in a positive and professional manner.
* Daily Restaurant Set up and presentation.
* Preparing daily mis en place.
* Cleaning and polishing duties.
* Ensure all work is carried out in line with Health & Safety standards.
* Maintain high standards of quality control by monitoring food being served from the kitchen.
Requirements
* Previous experience in Food & Beverage is an advantage but full training will be provided.
* Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks.
* Able to work a flexible roster including bank holidays and weekends.
