Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement the HR strategy for the assigned business unit, aligning with business goals.
* Collaborate with senior managers on people-related matters and contribute to the senior management team's decision-making process.
* Lead and develop a high-performing HR team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
* Talent Management: Lead the succession planning and pipelining talent agenda across the assigned business unit.
* Employee Relations/Industrial Relations: Manage employee relations issues and support change management initiatives as required.
* HR Projects: Lead relevant projects, ensuring cross-functional engagement and alignment with business objectives.
Key Requirements:
* Third-level degree qualification in Human Resources or a related field, with a proven track record in a similar role.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* Proven experience delivering strategic HR projects, including change management.
* Mandatory experience working in a unionized environment.
