We are currently recruiting for a Full-Time Receptionist to join our Front Office Team.
The role involves varying hours from 8am - 11pm, with options for early, middle, and late evening shifts to ensure the team is fully covered at all times.
Weekend work is included in the role.
Prior experience as a Receptionist would be beneficial for this position.
Key Responsibilities
* To maintain the smooth operation of reception, ensuring that all guests receive excellent service during their stay.
* To implement effective controls and adhere to procedures regarding appointments, guest accounts, cash, and other general duties.
* To handle customer comments and feedback according to standard protocols.
* To answer telephone calls professionally and respond to all messages.
* To ensure that all services provided meet departmental procedures.
* To have complete knowledge of hotel facilities and operating hours.
Requirements
* Strong organisational skills and a professional attitude.
* A professional telephone manner.
* Proficient computer skills.
* The ability to handle busy situations and manage workload effectively.
* An effective listener.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Prior Receptionist experience is an advantage.
