About the Role
We are recruiting for a HR Administrator to assist and support all administrative areas of the human resource function across all sectors of the organisation.
Responsibilities
1. Recruitment:
o Be the point of contact on behalf of the HR Team with the TA team.
o Provide HR Induction to new joiners, as per schedule.
o Assist the probation process, ensuring Managers know when review meetings need to take place.
2. Policies & Procedures:
o Ensure HR policy and procedures remain up to date and accessible to the wider business via central HR folders.
o Direct Employees and Leaders to the relevant HR policies and procedures upon enquiry.
3. HR Database and Reporting:
o Be a point of contact for general queries on Workday HR system.
o Ensure the Workday Database accurately reflects current staff conditions and details.
o Assist with providing accurate data reports from Workday & payroll as requested.
4. Advice and Guidance:
o Provide day to day advice to Line Managers and Employees on general HR related queries, requests and Policies and Procedures, escalating more complex issues to the HR Business Partner and/or Site HR Lead.
o Assist in formal meetings, such as employee disciplinaries and grievances undertaking such tasks as may be required.
5. HR Administration:
o Support the full employee life cycle.
o Carry out general administration tasks for the HR Department, for example, responding to queries, devising standard Human Resource documents and letters.
o Respond to reference requests for current or ex-members of staff, direct to appropriate ticket.
6. HR Projects:
o Contribute to HR projects as requested by the HR Team.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need:
* A 3rd Level Qualification in Human Resources or related field.
* Experience of at least 1-2 years in a similar role.
* Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Power Point, Excel and Word.
* Highly motivated with ability to manage workload and achieve targets within deadlines.
* Enthusiastic with a strong work ethic and excellent communications skills.
* Flexible approach with ability to take on tasks as required.
