Key Responsibilities
* Manage and expand the sales portfolio of exclusive country homes and estates.
* Identify new market opportunities for property instructions.
* Actively promote residential sales to potential vendors.
* Tailor marketing strategies for each unique property to maximise exposure.
* Negotiate and agree offers on property sales.
* Ensure smooth transactions by liaising with third parties.

Key Skills and Requirements
