We are currently recruiting team members for the 2025 season with seasonal vacancies to fill at:
* Zipit Farran Park, Cork (P31 C427)
This role would suit individuals who love working with people, who are looking for a new challenge, and love the outdoors. Zipit provides European Ropes Course Association (ERCA) Adventure Park Instructor (essential to take up the role) & Rescue training.
Training Program:
ERCA Adventure Park Instructor & Rescuer Training - Monday, February 10th to Friday, February 14th
Training will take place in Zipit, Farran Park, Co. Cork.
Essential Criteria:
* Must be a minimum of 18 years old.
* Comfortable with heights and interested in working outdoors and climbing.
* Safety conscious, an ability to follow procedures, and excellent attention to detail.
* Exceptional customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Successfully complete the ERCA prerequisite course (provided by Zipit).
* Transport - our locations are in the forest with minimal public transport links.
* Fluent in English (having a second language is a bonus but not essential).

Your Average Day Will Consist Of:
* Inspection of PPE & equipment.
* Greeting & welcoming guests upon arrival.
* Preparing & briefing guests on the instructions needed to safely participate on the ropes course.
* Patrolling the ropes course to ensure all guests are safe while providing encouragement and assistance as required.
* Interacting with children, adults, corporates, and schools on a continual basis, adding value to their experience at Zipit.
* Communicating and integrating as part of the team on site.
* Administering first aid when necessary, appropriate to your skill level and company procedures.
* Complying with the requirements of the company handbook, policies, and procedures.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Contract Length: 10 months
Pay: €13.50-€14.85 per hour
Expected Hours: 4 – 40 per week
