Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and optimize existing enterprise service management systems for peak performance.
2. Design and develop new features and functionalities to enhance system capabilities.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications.
4. Create connections/integrations to/from our ITSM platform and maintain them.
5. Conduct system testing and validation to ensure robustness and reliability.
6. Provide technical support and guidance to users and stakeholders.
7. Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.
8. Document system configurations and changes for knowledge transfer and compliance purposes.
Qualifications:
1. A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
2. Proven experience in solutions engineering with a focus on service management systems.
3. Programming and system development skills.
4. Familiarity with ITIL or similar frameworks for IT service management.
5. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.
6. Strong communication skills, capable of effectively articulating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
