Our client is seeking a Business Development Executive to join their growing team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at building relationships, and is passionate about driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities & Duties Account Management - Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
Lead Generation & Outreach - Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound calls, networking, and online inquiries.
Sales Growth - Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by effectively managing the full sales cycle.
Product & Market Knowledge - Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and product offerings to provide tailored solutions.
Consultative Selling - Understand customer needs and present solutions that add value and drive long-term partnerships.
Collaboration & Strategy - Work closely with internal teams to align sales efforts with marketing and business development strategies.
Product Launches & Campaigns - Educate customers on new product offerings and promotions to maximize engagement.
Requirements Proven experience in business development, telesales, or a similar sales role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-driven environment.
Excellent multitasking and prioritization abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and CRM software.
Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or telesales.
