Accounts Receivable Administrator (Fixed Term with Potential to Go Permanent)
Location: Ballymount, Dublin 12
Hours: Full-Time (Monday to Friday)
This is a fantastic opportunity to support our operations and grow with the company in a full-time, fixed-term role that has the potential to become permanent.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support to the finance team.
2. Manage and maintain office systems, filing, and databases.
3. Handle incoming inquiries, both over the phone and by email, in a professional and timely manner.
4. Process paperwork, reports, and documents accurately and efficiently.
5. Assist in preparing reports and other materials as required.
6. Perform other general administrative tasks as required.
The Person
Key Skills and Experience:
1. Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
2. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Proficiency in both Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
7. A proactive, positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
