As a dedicated Front Office Manager, you will oversee the front office and reservations team maintaining high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
Duties:
* Oversee daily operations to meet hotel standards.
* Organise rotas for adequate staffing.

* Maintain accurate guest information and complete daily checklist tasks.
* Address guest queries and complaints promptly.

* Oversee rates and inventory across distribution channels.
* Manage direct and group reservations from booking to payment.
* Maximise room revenue and occupancy rates.
* Manage pricing and rate strategies.
* Provide timely and accurate reports in sales and revenue meetings.
* Ensure compliance with Health & Safety practices.
* Liaise with accounts for accurate billing.
Requirements:
* Previously worked in a similar role with high standards and team management.
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a front office management or assistant management role.
* Skilled in front office and guest relations procedures.
* Guestline system experience is beneficial.
