Job Purpose To maintain building fabric across clients' portfolios & lead the Multi Skilled Technical Team. Key Accountabilities Maintenance building fabric Maintain on-site facilities filing system To deliver agreed levels of Customer Service Managing sub-contractors working on-site Manage and respond to work requests Use of technology to conduct / record works Conduct scheduled inspections Dealing with client's staff Sustainability & Energy Efficiency Special Job Characteristics, Skills and Activities Qualified Tradesman IT Literate Good communicator, able to interact with people Self-motivated Efficient organiser - able to multitask Enthusiastic Technical/Specialist Skills/Experience Requirements Essential 3 years experience in similar role and keenness to learn new skills Ideal experience in a similar role in a similar environment.
Working Pattern Monday to Friday, 7 am to 6 pm.
