Job Title: Sales Manager
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in achieving profitability and exceeding performance targets.
This is a full-time position based in South Dublin.
* Foster a high-performance culture, engaging all levels of the organization.
* Build and manage a sales team focused on efficiency and customer satisfaction.
* Set and negotiate yearly sales targets with distributors.
* Achieve excellence across sales, aftersales, people management, safety, and service.
* Ensure compliance with group policies and standards.
* Monitor KPIs to ensure the dealership meets targets.
* Maintain financial and operational performance.
* Conduct team meetings, team training, and staff evaluations.
* Deliver a luxury customer experience, maintaining high satisfaction levels.
* Take responsibility for the overall performance of the sales team.
* Represent the dealership to major & fleet customers.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Proven management experience in the motor industry.
* A minimum of 5 years previous experience with a proven and successful track record in sales and leading sales teams to achieve targets.
* Desirable: luxury motor brand and passenger vehicle knowledge.
