Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute effective sales strategies aligned with business goals and market dynamics.
2. Manage outbound sales efforts targeting sustainability and finance teams within SMEs.
3. Collaborate with marketing to refine inbound lead generation campaigns and enhance conversion rates.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their challenges and position our solutions effectively.
5. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management for strategic adjustments.
6. Stay informed about industry trends and competitive dynamics to inform sales strategies and product enhancements.
7. Foster collaboration across departments to improve the overall customer experience and iterate on product offerings.
Requirements:
8. Minimum of 5+ years in sales management, preferably in sustainability, SaaS, or travel management sectors.
9. Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
10. Deep understanding of sustainability challenges and carbon accounting within SMEs. Familiarity with AI-driven analytics and SaaS platforms is a plus.
11. Proficiency in HubSpot CRM and adept at generating insightful reports using BI tools.
12. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Studies, or related field. Advanced degree is advantageous.
13. Demonstrated track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets. Exceptional analytical skills to evaluate sales performance and identify growth opportunities.
14. Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level decision-makers. Strong customer focus and adept problem-solving abilities.
