We are looking for an HR Analyst to join our team and assist with a variety of Human Resources functions for our global team. HR Analyst responsibilities include salary and benefits benchmarking, setting up company policies, onboarding new team members, assisting with employee check-ins, maintaining updated employee records, and assisting with other personnel matters. To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of full cycle recruiting and solid foundational knowledge of human resources. Ultimately, you will foster a healthy workplace by ensuring our HR procedures and operations run smoothly at all times.
Responsibilities
1. Assist in all stages of recruitment process and schedule/conduct first round interview calls
2. Coordinate onboarding trainings and paperwork for new hires
3. Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status
4. Update organizational charts and job descriptions when needed
5. Assist in forecasting hiring needs and ensure recruitment process runs smoothly
6. Assist in developing HR policies throughout the organization
7. Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner
8. Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation
Qualifications
1. Fluent oral and written communication skills in English are REQUIRED (level C2 or better) REQUIRED
2. EU citizenship or ability to legally live/work in Ireland without the need for sponsorship REQUIRED
3. Minimum of bachelor's degree in Human Resources or relevant field REQUIRED
4. 0-1 years’ experience in Human Resources role PREFERRED
5. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
6. Demonstrated ability to work independently (good work ethic, maturity, and personal initiative), as well as ability to work as member of a team
7. Empathy, adaptability and excellent interpersonal skills
8. Close attention to detail and quality in all aspects of job performance
9. Self-discipline for planning and organizing tasks, ensuring that no task (no matter how minor) is forgotten
10. Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing project and company needs
11. Proactivity – at FENIX, we don’t simply follow instructions; instead, we critically evaluate whether the instructions are complete or could be applied beyond their initial scope; in addition, providing new ideas on process improvements/efficiencies is expected
12. Resourcefulness – the ability to independently search for an answer and ask for help when needed
