* Sales and Account Management:
o Develop growth strategies and plans.
o Manage and retain relationships with existing clients.
o Increase client base.
o Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition.
o Identify and map business strengths and customer needs.
* Customer Support:
o Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner via phone, email, or chat.
o Identify customer needs and assist customers with specific features.
o Analyse and report product malfunctions.
* Technical Support:
o Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues.
o Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration.
o Escalate unresolved issues to internal teams as necessary.
o Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
* Online Operations/Digital Marketing:
o Set digital marketing strategies using necessary tools (e.g. website, emails, social media, blogs).
o Research products, services, and current strategies to identify new opportunities.
o Analyse web traffic metrics and suggest solutions to improve web presence.
* Social Media Content Review:
o Identify, document, track, and resolve quality issues and defects.
o Monitor team productivity and ensure Educators meet their assigned targets.
o Develop ad hoc reports to identify process improvement opportunities.
