We are delighted to announce that we are looking for a Senior Purchasing Administrator in Galway. This role shall be primarily focused on our accessory business.
Reports to: Visual Merchandising Manager.
Responsibilities
1. Store transfers, inbound and existing furniture, and accessories
2. Accessories administration
3. Christmas reporting transfers etc.
4. Processing new and current accessory orders.
5. Monitoring accessory stock levels.
6. Accessory damages reports and write offs.
7. Overseeing accessory stock takes.
8. Accessories promotions (system), pricing and reductions.
9. Monitoring accessory sales reports.
Skills And Qualifications
1. 2-3 years experience in a similar role
2. Strong IT skills and an excellent telephone manner.
3. Team player with excellent communication skills.
4. Reporting and analysis skills
5. Excellent communication skills.
