German & English Customer Support Advisor – Budapest, Hungary
Location: Budapest
Working Hours: Full-time (40h/week) | Monday – Friday | 09:00 – 17:30
Contract: Permanent (after a 3-month probation period)

Your Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries efficiently and professionally within set timescales.
Maintain a full technical knowledge of our products & services.
Recognize when a query should be escalated to another department or senior staff.
Handle all customer correspondence as required.
Accurately log all calls and follow company procedures.
Maintain and update administrative records.
What You Need:
Fluent in German & English (both written & spoken).
Customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
Interest in digital marketing & technology.
Strong problem-solving & communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
Gross Monthly Salary: 550,000 HUF
Extras:
Language Bonus: 30,000 HUF
Meal Allowance (after probation): 30,000 HUF
Performance Bonus (after probation): 70,000 HUF
Annual Leave: 20-30 business days (as per Hungarian law)
Relocation Package:
Paid flight ticket to Budapest
1 week of accommodation upon arrival
Training:
Fully paid training included in the contract. Your start date corresponds to your first day of training.
