MTM Engineering has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join our team. You will work on a 3/1 rotation with flights and accommodation provided, so you can be based anywhere in the EU if you're willing to travel.
As a Project Manager, you will oversee all project phases, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. Responsibilities include planning, tracking progress, managing risks, resolving issues, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, plus post-project evaluations for improvements.

Responsibilities
1. Responsible for creating and managing project schedules, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure completion of project in a timely manner capturing any variations etc.
2. Recommend modifications to improve effectiveness and achieve project milestones.
3. Prepare short- and long-term resource allocation plans based on input from key stakeholders.
4. Regular site walks to assist site teams with planning matters.
5. Identify potential risks and deviations that can hinder project schedule, resulting in delays with significant costs and penalties and corrective actions.
6. Gather data incorporating any changes in work scope, update schedule and develop reliable schedule forecasts with support from project team.
7. Provide regular progress reports to all site teams and highlight concerns, develop mitigating measures to avoid delays.
8. Host progress planning meetings with internal and external teams to re-calibrate plans in line with progress.
Requirements
1. 3rd level qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
2. Experience in scheduling large, complex industrial capital improvement projects managing teams of schedulers.
3. Experience working on Data Centre projects.
4. Excellent IT skills and relevant knowledge of Planning software including Primavera P6, MS Project, and other planning software.
5. Ability to communicate at a high level and represent the company in client and contractor meetings.
