About the Role: We are seeking a Product Manager – Text Messaging to take ownership of our text product line and drive enhancements that integrate with all communication channels.
This role is essential in shaping the future of omnichannel engagement and next-gen text solutions.
The Product Manager will manage the backlog and roadmap initiatives while ensuring the seamless execution of key product enhancements delivering customer-focused outcomes.
As the owner of our text product line, you will define the roadmap and execution strategy to drive business impact and elevate customer experiences.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Engineering, UX, Analytics, and Business Leadership—to deliver scalable, compliant, and high-impact messaging solutions that power seamless communication across the financial industry in the US market.
Key Responsibilities: Text Product Ownership:Own and drive the text messaging product strategy, aligning it with broader business objectives.Manage the backlog, roadmap, and execution of major initiatives, including RCS Messaging and Text Campaigns orchestration.Work cross-functionally with other communication channel PMs to prioritize and deliver impactful product features to ensure seamless integration across platforms.Stay ahead of market trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in text messaging.Platform Enhancements:Drive compliance and regulatory enhancements for TCPA, GDPR, and industry-specific messaging guidelines.Lead the development of key features such as a Mobile App for Lenders enabling text messaging for them on the go.Execution & Stakeholder Management:Act as the primary liaison between product, engineering, marketing, and executive leadership.Collaborate with Engineering, UX, and Analytics teams to refine the customer experience, ensuring frictionless messaging interactions.Define and track success metrics, leveraging data to drive continuous improvements.Align go-to-market strategies with internal teams to accelerate adoption and business growth.Ensure timely and high-quality execution of product initiatives through agile and iterative development.Key Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in text messaging, chat, or communication technologies.Deep expertise in RCS, SMS, AI-driven messaging, chatbots, and conversational platforms.Proven track record of launching and scaling text-based communication products in high-growth environments.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and drive data-backed decisions.Experience collaborating with engineering, UX, and compliance teams to deliver scalable solutions.Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and ensure messaging compliance.Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with communication platforms, chatbots, and AI-powered messaging solutions.Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and mobile messaging integrations.Familiarity with enterprise SaaS, B2B communication platforms, and customer engagement solutions.Hands-on experience in orchestrating large-scale text campaigns and optimizing user engagement strategies.Why Join Us?
